See replies to your SAME post that you MULTI-posted in other newsgroups.
Now you'll have to remember where else you posted your same message but
didn't cross-post to keep them connected.

newsgroups. Now you'll have to remember to which other newsgroups you
multi-posted and go check each of them for replies instead of
maintaining the discussion within a single cross-posted thread.

I think you may have to just disable the junk email completely to get rid of
it. Try that and see if that works.
