A profile would have one or more .pst files. For more information about
profiles refer to -

The 85010014 error is a generic error and therefore difficult to identify
the cause. And in your case you mention it sync's successfully for a while
and occurs only after you reboot. If you could post your WCESLog.log &
WCESMgr.log then it might be helpful for someone from MSFT to troubleshoot
(if they see your post). Do the following to access the logs:
1. Click Start -> Run and type
%temp%
2. Click Ok and it should open the folder containing your log files.
Additionally when you connect the device, are you able to explore it using
Explore in ActiveSync? And which version of Outlook are you using?
