Re-map numeric keys to give a tab key?

Hi guys, there used to be a zdnet keypad remapping application but I
can't find it now, not that it would probably work in Vista anyway.

Like millions of other users, I input data using my numeric keypad but
nowdays there's no tab key at the right of the keyboard. It would be
nice if I could change the function of one of my keys to become a tab
key. Does anyone know if this can be done under Vista?

Thanks in advance for suggestions,
Jo
