RE: media player11

I am unable to install media player 11, I'm being told taht I have to
validate. When I do try to validate I can't. I'm not really computer savy. Do
I need the actual disk to install media player 11.

no puedo solucionar este problema kiero abrir mi msn y no puedo, tengo que colocar una clave y no se cual es
