If you have a machine which was supplied to you with OEM software, it is the
computer vendor you should be asking..

If you can not install Vista SP1, it probably is an incompatibility fault
with a Driver supplied by the Computer Manufacturer.
The Computer Manufacturer is responsible for solving all the software and
hardware problems in your computer, not Microsoft.
