Gee, take away the Intel-Microsoft part and it sounds a lot like
Redhat............
Or TurboLinux......

Or any of the commercial distributions that are leaching off the free works
of open source programmers.

What a scam.
Get others to do all the work, put a fancy package on it and sell it.
