Macs still have a firm hold in the graphic artist industry where the
loyalty goes back many years.

If MS hired an ad agency then it would be expected that the work would
be done on Macs.

That use to be true but no longer is.
Just look at how Adobe has switched over to the PC market. In fact, the
upcoming CS4 64 bit version will be for Windows only.
