Hi Johannes,
You will need to use Chapura PocketMirror usually included with the Palm
Desktop software so that your HotSync operations can synchronize data
between your Palm Computing handheld and Microsoft Outlook. Once the data
is in Outlook, you can use the iPAQ to synchronize with Outlook.
The following Chapura site suggests that the software is not included with
the CD of your Palm Pilot Professional ---
http://www.chapura.com/pmstd_details_devices.php
So looks like you might need to buy it or get it from someone who has it on
their Palm CD.
An alternative methoed, you can use to move your Contacts addresses is by
importing them into yahoo mail, export it, and import them into Outlook.
(Login to yahoo -> click the Address tab on top -> Click import/export
feature on top-right side -> and import from Palm Desktop and repeat to
export into Outlook.
