export this registry key and import it on our new file server:
HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\LanmanServe r\Shares

Dear yusuf could you please clarify how the below change will do the file
share migration.

As per my knowledge using FSMT we can do the share migration without user
disturbance right???

with this Reg-Key you can export the windows shares from
the "old" Server and import it on the new Server:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/125996/en-us
But the File structure on the Server must be the same.
