Junie - just turn the little ring around the ball on the bottom of the mouse
until the ball comes out - wash and DRY the ball thoroughly. Also use
something softish (plastic) NOT sharp and metal to scrape a surprising amount
of caked on dirt and fluff off the rollers in the mouse. Also check that the
support points on the bottom of the mouse are clean and not gunged up too.
Put the ball back in with it's holder and bingo you should have a good mouse
again. I often have to clean mine every 3 months or so, so you are doing very
well!
