Greetings,

The error message just means that the installation failed, it doesn't really provide any
clues.

As a starting point, if you click Start, choose Run (if not using Vista), type "eventvwr.msc"
and press Enter you can check the Event Log to see if something more was recorded. It'll be
in the Application log and for your sanity, probably should be done immediately after trying
the install so you can find it easily.
