It's the locale you have setup in your Passport/Windows Live ID profile. If you switch it to
say, the UK or the US, you'll get entirely different games and activities.

By the way I still have problem....When I invite someone,he recieves the
invitation and his msn starts loading the game but on my side nothing
happens...why?

Have you flash installed?
ActiveX enabled?
