Try completely uninstalling MSN Messenger 7 (don't worry, you won't lose any personal stored
Messenger settings) from the Control Panel, and then installing the latest version from the
Microsoft Download Center:
http://microsoft.com/downloads/detai...4-9505f47bed45

If you're still encountering problems, which Windows version are you using?
