Greetings Brenda,
What probably happened is you were using an application which changed the resolution of the
screen briefly and due to a series of events after that, caused those settings to be saved
with Messenger so it's displaying the application outside the boundaries of your screen.
Double-click the Messenger icon in the notification area (by the clock on the taskbar) so
that MSN Messenger appears on the taskbar as a button. Then, right-click its taskbar button
in the taskbar, if the 'Restore' option *isn't* grayed out, click it. Then press alt-space
on the keyboard and choose Move. Then use the arrow keys on your keyboard to move the window
back into the visible area of the screen.
A little tip; after you've pressed at least one of the arrow keys after selecting Move, just
move the mouse around without clicking anything to more quickly get it back into position.
Just click once to end the move.
