Hi ObiWan,

Haven't seen you in a quite some time! Hope all is well.

It is possible that "K" is trying to create a cname MX record in Windows
DNS, however it's difficult to tell with the description provided. I would
suggest for K when creating the MX record, to leave the hostname blank, and
type in the FQDN of the hosting company's mail server in the bottom box.

Otherwise, it may help if we can see a screenshot of the steps being
performed. K, if you can screenshot what you are seeing, and post it to
http://skydrive.live.com, that would be helpful.
