Re: My Vista Business

I just purchased my computer for a month and my computer is currently using
Windows Vista Business.

Since I have installed the free OneCare program to my computer, I couldn't
install any Windows Update. I turned off my firewall and tried to download
but I still couldn't install the new updates.

I just wonder what happen to my computer? Initially the windows update will
have an error code (sorry I forgot the code) saying that I need to shut down
my firewall, and when I turned it off, another error code (80240016) will
show up and prevented me from installing. The problem is that I did not
install other updates. This same error code shown up for already 2-3 weeks.

Can you tell me what's wrong with my computer? Many thanks!
