Re: NDIS Intermediate Driver.

For Windows CE 4.X (uses NDIS 5.X) Microsoft includes a sample PassThru
driver with Platform Builder.

For Windows CE 3.0 (uses NDIS 4.X) a NDIS IM driver is difficult. I would
suggest avoiding the attempt.
