For Windows XP, use the Files and Settings Transfer Wizard if you're
migrating to a new Windows XP machine. If you're migrating to a Windows 7
machine, use Windows Easy Transfer.
Whichever you use, run it on the old machine before you shut down the old
computer. Then after you've created the new computer, join it to the domain
(with connectcomputer) and then re-run FSMT or WET to restore the settings.
