I've been having the same problem with this Framework 1.1 update...Can
somebody in plain english please explain how I can solve this problem. I have
tried to fix it myself. Somewhere when I went looking it said that the
"Security Update for Microsoft.NET Framework, Version 1.1, blah, blah, blah was
not longer available. So why does the little update icon keep coming on my
desktop.
