Re: .NET SP1 (KB951847) will not install

I too have had this problem I just hide the update.
I was told you have to have all .NET versions installed, I tried that
too and still will not update.... heck with it

You might be right

I notice that Secunia PSI does not complain about the update. If
Secunia doesn't complain, why should I complain?

I tried again.... still, piece of $#!t won't install

I ordered another 2.5 HDD just to install the 3 discs that gateway sent
me....... i will have to do a clean install............here goes another
9.5 to 11 hrs
