Hi Pete,
From her system at the same elevated command prompt, run:
ipconfig /all
Copy and paste the Windows IP Configuration and Ethernet Adapter Local Area
Connection results into a reply. To do that, right click the command window
top border and click Edit/Mark. You can then left click and drag over those
sections to highlight them and hit <enter> to copy. You can then paste it.
