Is this for a specific printer or all printers on the server?
If it's just one printer, I have a feeling there is a portion of the printer
registry key that may be pointing to an invalid file location.
Take a look at the printer reg key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Contro l\Print\Printers\"Printer
Name"
