Well the download Got rescheduled once again! I turned off auto updates and
did a manual download at windowsupdate with no problems! I took a closer
look at the windowsupdate.log and noticed something that may be the reason
that the autoupdate program did not work. I had the auto update program setup
to check at 10PM, the windowsupdate site was reseting the time to 0300. The
log shows that the timer reset and rescheduled happens at 10PM.

This is only a guess, but I think if I had set the time to 3AM also, then I
would not have gotten a timer expired error. I cannot test this as I went
ahead and did a manual install from the windows update site.
