I don't see that the Laser 1000 driver was included in Vista so I can't look
at the GPD
The Custom_size field in the text based GPD for the printer will filter
forms outside the range defined in this file.
Look in \system32\spool\drivers\w32x86\3 for the GPD of this device and
open the file in notepad to view the allowed dimensions for the printer.
If the GPD name is not obvious open the .inf file in the location you have
the print drivers copied for installation to view the GPD name.
