Doug are you talking in Outlook 2003 they can't see public folders?
And they can see it in OWA?
(It sometimes gets hidden in Outlook 2003)

Look at this picture
http://www.iitk.ac.in/cc/windows/out...screenshot.jpg
and in the lower left
there is a "FOLDER" Icon
Click it and the folders should appear.

(it's one of those Outlook 2003 things, just like the no reconnecting to
exchange)

If that isn't it please post back
