Hello zillah,

"For some domain"? Do you have multiple domains in the forest?

Basically the way you use is correct, did you try it without any specified
location?

Make sure that all machines use only domain DNS servers on the NIC to exclude
DNS problems. Can you ping the print server from the XP workstations with
ip address, computername and FQDN?
