where are you located? Netflix is not available worldwide.

well you've said you've tried things but weren't specific.

Please go to Tasks -> Settings-> General-> Automatic Download Options and
manually run an update now.

If you receive an error, please post the error message.

I do not receive an error msg and do not receive a "catalog".
