Only if you want it to be. The truth is that MS never provided much in the
way of support here anyway. A lot of people have migrated to OSR's NTDEV
newsgroup. http://www.osronline.com/page.cfm?name=ListServer. However,
some people continue to post here and some still respond. You are more
likely to get a response from MS over on the NTDEV newsgroup. (How ironic!)
