Re: no voice at one end

Hi,
I have a Dell lap top and have trouble with windows live V8.1 When
calling I can hear and see my contact but they can only see me but
no voice.
I have checked settings using "tools" and everything appears to be
in order. I also set up the audio.
I have no idea what to do about this problem. Thanks
