And your operating system is? What kind of connection do you use for the
internet? Do you use a firewall? Have you read through and tried the many
different problem solving messages that have already been posted?

What kind of Network Card do you have? Do you have an Intel 10/100ve
network card? If so, look for a driver update from Intel that will be
posted on Windows Update soon.
