Hi,

When do you receiving the error, please provide the steps.?
Do you receive the error when accessing the
custom or express option. Can you send me the
Can you send me some informaiton on your GPO that you created.
Can you please send me (not the newsgroup) the %windir%\windowsupdate.log
and %windir%\softwardistribution\reportingevent log files from your
computer? Send the log to a-

I've got the same problem. Have you been abble to solve this problem

hello i am having the same problem gives me error code # 0x80096005 been
getting this for 4 months now have you found any solution to this problem.
please help if you have got any help.
