RE: Norton uninstall breaks Windows Update

I tried running the regsvr32 inetpki.dll. I received the following notice.
LoadLibrary
("inetpki.dill")
failed-the specified module could not be found. Regsvr32

Do you know where I can find this and download it ??? Any and all help would
be greatly appreciated. I never had any computer training I've learned on my
own.
