Hi

Because SUS only supports security updates, and 811383 is not a
security update, only a normal hotfix.

Instead, why not use SUS to distribute the latest security update
for IE (it should be available for SUS), it includes the update
that 811383 have.

Microsoft Security Bulletin MS04-025
Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (867801)

811383 gives you this one:

As you see, the build number for MS04-025/867801 (1405) is
higher than the one for 811383 (1147).
