After 'resetting' using the 'backup disk', was any software installed ?
That 'full message' appears to indicate active malware in Internet
Explorer's cache, e.g. Temporary Internet Files.

Was the disk formatted and a manufacturer's rescue/recovery disk used or
was there some kind of backup of the Hard Drive's image reinstalled ?

If it was just a backup, then it's still infected.
And please, go easy on the CAPS. Unless it's the malware causing them,
they're considered as shouting and bad netiquette.

Malware is a broad description of viruses, trojans, worms, RATS,
spyware, adware, underware ... wait, not underware.
Basically anything YOU did not want installed and that which could be
either destroying the OS or undermining it's security.

Who manufactured the system and what is the model number of it ?
Without that info we're just whistling in the dark.
And, whistling in the dark can result in dogs showing up which could
result in fleas and then we'll be having the Plague again from all those
fleas and ... but I digress. <w>
