Use the drivers from the nVidia website at www.nvidia.com. The drivers on
the WindowsUpdate site are older than your current drivers which is why they
won't install.

Unfortunately the latest driver on www.nvidea.com has problems as
well.

I tried it but had to regress to an earlier version.

61.77 results in a problem with the Microsoft Age of Mythology game
that are not apparent with the earlier 45.23 driver. Many areas appear
as uniform blocks rather than individual pixels. That's the only game
I play. I haven't tried the 61.76 driver so I can't comment on that.

Do you also have the latest version of DirectX? www.microsoft.com/directx

I have 9.0c 4.09.0000.0904 installed. I think that's the latest.
