RE: OE blocks attachments

My problem is similar to "ctstudd". I updated Windows 98 and now most of my
email attachments arrive with a message saying OE has removed them because
they are unsafe. I've never had this problem BEFORE it foolishly updated. I
wish I had never taken this step. How do I remedy this? Help. TedKyle
