I wish one of these pages would point out that Offline Web Pages still exists
and still works--at least in XPsp2 with IE7. The main difference is that the
UI has been removed from IE7. The feature still exists in the OS.
E.g. I open %windir%\Offline Web Pages and press Ctrl-i.
Then, drag and drop, right-click or use the Tools menu, etc.
I don't know if this works in Vista, as I have never used that OS.
