The link below points to an article (829982) that explains the issue. It
also explains how to add file types to the list. This is a security issue so
you should assume that the majority of other users will also have this
setting. Changing your settings will allow you to attach these file types
but recipients will possibly not be able to open them. Some ISP's and
corporate e-mail servers actually set to strip these files from the e-mail.
One suggestion is to change the extension prior to attaching it. For example
change .ZIP to .ZAP and have the recipient change it back when received.
