Did you check the option to synchronize _all_ appointments, not
only of the last two weeks, as it's mostly standard? See tools >
options > settings (per item)

Yes, officially only when two items have been changed
simultaneously
on both the desktop and the PDA, i.e. a conflict.

It could also be a good idea if nothing works to delete and old
and
make a new partnership. Be sure to check if all files and folders
are really gone, else AS will tell you that the name of the new
partnership already exists.

Maybe here are some ideas as well:

Also backup your outlook.pst folder for easier retrieval of data
destroyed by this most amazing piece of software.

software made by Microsoft. You wonder if the progammers have no
