It's a bug. The IE team is aware of the problem and working on a fix.

Workarounds include:

1. With the message closed and OE's Preview pane disabled, enable (Tools >
Options > Read >) Read all message in Plain Text. Now open the message and
print.

2. Forward the message to yourself and print.

3. Begin a Forward of the message > Instead of Sending it, Save it to Drafts
> Enable Preview pane > Highlight the message in Preview pane > File >

Print.

4. Switch from Portrait to Landscape orientation.

Just a thought... Has the IE team EVER had a bug free release?

Imagine if any other type of manufacturing company had so many "bugs"
??

Well Firefox and Thunderbird have had their fair share.....the difference
being that they are usually fixed fairly quickly....
