FYI if anyone else runs into this I managed to solve it by opening a command
window as administrator and renaming the file myself.

I hate windows Vista...

I don't suppose that when you were looting the corpse, you picked up
any bank account numbers...

No, but I got a whole bunch of something called 'stock certificate'. Tried to
sell them to a goblin banker in Tanaris, but he didn't want them. They make
good kindling for my cooking fires, and I've been cooking up a new dish
called 'microsoft seared goretusk intestine sandwich'.

cast sequence.
