Hello sanushi,

Again, BEFORE starting cleanup AD, DNS etc. from the crashed DC according
to the first article. Then make sure with "netdom query fsmo" to check that
all 5 FSMOs are on existing and working DCs.

BDC doesn't exist anymore, all DCs are the same and can held the FSMO roles,
which are the only differences on the DCs.
