Please post the KB number of the update that will not install and the
version of Windows installed (XP, Win 2K, etc).
Last I looked, no one around here is a mind reader

Well, I have just entered this Help service, with, what for me is a big
problem with Vista and my existing Printers, Scanners, and Photo programes. I
obviously found that none of my present programes are suitable for Windows
Vista. What a shame they never told me about all this in the Suppliers shop
before I handed over my Cash. I have decided to cut my loses and bin my new
Vista Tower and return to my old XP set-up. But I will bin it, I could not
have it on my conscience if I gave it to someone else.
