Boot from Safe Mode and then see the below. See the instructions of your computer
on how to boot in Safe Mode. Since you did not tell us the make of your computer ,I
cannot tell you the correct route to Safe Mode

Safe mode is always F8, it's Windows.

The way into the BIOS is what varies all over the ballpark.

Given your other posts, I suspect you just had a minor brainquake :-)

Not on every one. As an example the Intel ones with the L3 cache needs Escape at
boot to get to the Safe Mode. There is also some others that do not use the F8 key.
Depends on the manufacturer and the Bios that is set
