Hi Dan,

With ActiveSync you can synchronize with Microsoft Outlook or with a MS
Exchange Server. For more information -

have third party solutions which allow you to synchronize with Outlook
Express, Lotus Notes and couple more PIMs on your PC.

In the day, CommonTime was the gold standard. Haven't used them for some
time as I changed companies and no longer am saddled with Lotus. It was
however a very complete solution as it accessed the Lotus Server directly.
Given they have kept up with the advances in Windows Mobile, they are worth
a look. They are far from the cheapest option, but if you really want Lotus
operability....
