If the price was cut in half, no doubt the buyers would be happy...for a
while.
But after a while, they would probably again complain about the high cost.
Cutting in half could continue with similar results until the product was
free.

Lowering the price would do little to prevent piracy.
Thieves will steal at any price so price is largely irrelevant to them.
Thieves steal because it is their nature.

Yeah, but pirates who steal, copy and resell have to have a wide price
margin which MS was so nice to hand them on a silver platter.

Hi,

I noticed from another thread that you have done with the operation. Hope
everything went well

Thanks, xfile. Yes, I am doing well although I'm a little spaced out
from the pain medication.

Pain medication? So it's more than a minor one.

Best wishes!

Yes, I am aware of that, but I thought it might just be a "tiny" one.

It was major and I'd rather not say what it was on Usenet.

No problem, I understand it very well, that's why never bother to ask.

But I shall wish you to recover soon

Best wishes again

Of course. I respect your privacy much more than MS does (WGAN, etc.)
LOL! Glad to hear you are recovering well.
