Hi,
Just to add, you can print straight from the message history window just by clicking inside
it and pressing Ctrl-P on the keyboard. You don't have to open it manually and do it in IE.
Note: Message history window is not the conversation window, it's viewing the history by
right-clicking on the contact and choosing the option from the view menu.
