Hi Paul,

I have yet to experience this kind of problem. But it shouldn't be
happening. I suggest you try recreating the partnership after deleting the
old partnership ---

1. Disconnect the PPC from the computer.
2. On the computer, open Microsoft ActiveSync.
3. Click File -> Delete Partnerships to remove any previously
created partnerships.

Connect the PPC again and establish a new partnership.
