-3??? Hmmmmm

irq not less than is usually a driver issue. I'd start by making sure
any of my third party drivers (video drivers are a likely culprit) are
up to date.

It can also be hardware but if it is we'll have to get a shotgun
so I hope you don't live in a liberal state.

Sorry, can't tell from here :-) If you think it's the NIC and
the thing is a plug in card (even though it wil REAAAALLLY **** of that
westom guy) just replace it with a different card, used 100bt cards
are a dime a dozen.

Maybe westom can diagnose the logic of a lan card with a multimeter.

Come on, you know better than that. You use a ***HAIR DRYER***
to diagnose lan cards.
