This is probably resolved but for future reference, Windows 2003 only
supports a limited number of floppy drives that are connected via USB. these
are listed somewhere (sorry don't have thisa info to hand). The one I use is
a Sony device. As far as I am aware, you can't use a USB pen drive as a
driver source during the press 'F6 to load 3rd party driver' stage.
